Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Most dancewear items including leotards, ballet shoes, ballet socks, ballroom dance shoes, and dance tops
  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed products
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Body Stockings (due to direct skin contact)
  • Ballet Socks (footwear hygiene reasons)
  • Bras & Tops (intimate apparel)
  • Any items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

1 Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form.

4 Ship Your Return

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  4. If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
