Returns & Exchanges Policy
Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Most dancewear items including leotards, ballet shoes, ballroom dance shoes
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed products
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Ballet and dance accessories
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Body Stockings (due to direct skin contact)
- Ballet Socks (footwear hygiene reasons)
- Bras & Tops (intimate apparel)
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Submit Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method:

Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
